Can someone tell me what all this means?  My car was built in Fremont.

Hi Tom,

5A is first week of May build date.
ST  65-44437 is a 2 door HT.
TR  158 is black bucket seat interior. Paint  RR is Flame Red, top & bottom.
Don't know what 27908 is, a Fremont specific code.

I'm sure someone here knows what C27 is, my car also has this. Interesting because my car has the C27 code and the 5 digit code position swapped on the data plate.

I think 7568 is the body number from Fremont.
There is also a hand stamped "13" in the upper right. Please see www.442bro.com for
more on Fremont data plates. Here's the link:

http://www.442bro.com/

Click on the Accessory Code button, and scroll down to the Fremont section and it will describe the ACC numbers and hand stamped numbers.

Hope that helps!

Mark
