Were there any factory dual quad 65 GS? I know there were dual quad 425s for the Rivieras and Wildcats.

There were no factory dual quad Skylarks.

In '65 , the dual quad was not available as a "factory option". It was available as a dealer add-on or over the parts counter.

In '66, it was available as a dealer option , I've been told. I also heard that there was a factory '66 GS built with the 425 engine.
