Are 4 door rear wheel opening moldings the same as 2 door?

Yes,
The only ones that are model specific,per say, are the rear for a wagon. The wagon rear wheel mouldings fit a wagon.

I feel your pain. The price of wheel opening moldings is quite unbelievable.

Well, I found an excellent deal from a guy parting out a car. I bought a set of wheel opening moldings for $100. They arrived yesterday and they are in excellent condition with the exception of the right rear which needs some repair. So, I am a happy camper.

That is a great deal. Seems to come to mind , that Mark has a guy that finishes trim parts.
