Title: Radiator Support Insulators
Post by: Bigpig455 on August 30, 2010, 05:50:38 AM
Hey!

Does anybody have any extra radiator support insulators they wouldn't mind parting with? I recored my radiator and found mine to be oil soaked and blown out of shape - I don't need then to have the retaining barb, I just need something usable. Carmen Faso is trying to find me some from his warehouse too, but so far no luck...

Can't wait to get this back on the road, I also put together a "Doc Dual Plane" manifold and am dying to see how it runs...So far my best on track (Lebanon Valley) was 15.3, off track (measured by G-Tech meter) was 14.9. Hoping the manifold will knock off a couple 10ths..

If I can get this project back on track, I've also got a "Carmen Recurve" distributor and a 3.23 gearset I'd like to run at Lebanon before the snow flies.....

George - at this point it doesn't look like I'll make Englishtown next week (this week?)  - Are you going to run

Thanks again - Rhett

Rhett,

Steele Rubber has them new. I don't have a part number handy. Do a search on their website.
