I was assembling my 65 Skylark GS with new power disc brakes yesterday and discovered that the bolts that go through the arm the tie rod connects to are bigger than the stock 1965 bolts. I assume that I need a newer arm with a larger hole for the bolts. Can I use any arm from a 67-72, or are the tie rods tapered different on a 70-72? All help appreciated!

You have to drill the holes to 7/16". A drill press makes it easy. All GM "A" body kits will have that instruction, no need to buy different arms.

Thanks, I'll get out the drill bits....
