Title: Switch Pitch converter rebuilder?
Post by: kcombs on April 07, 2025, 02:43:27 PM
Wondering where I can get a 1965 switch pitch torque converter rebuilt. I am in northern California and assume I will have to ship it out of state if I can't find a rebuilder in my area. Of course, Nor-Cal would be best.

Contact Jim Weise. He has a "converter guy", that does Switch Pitch converters. (https://www.wootmonkey.com/upload/2014/11/07/20141107074121-dd206c84.gif)

And Dano can get you a good rate on shipping.

I shipped a converter (44 lbs) for about $53. (with $400 insurance).
