Title: Largest Wheels

This question might have been done to death but I can't find anything about it. Does anyone know what the largest wheels I can put on a stock height 65 Skylark without modifications? So far I'm told 17x7 with 215X?X17's for the front and back 17X8 with 245X?X17's. Does anyone know as I would hate to order a set and be stuck with them. Thanks in advance!

Mine has 225/50s on 17 x 7s in front and 245/50s on 17 x 8s in the rear. The front wheels have 4 inches of backspacing while the rears have 4 1/2 inches of backspacing. If you want to use the 245's you have to use 4 1/2 inches of backspacing.
