I think I have an alternator bracket. I'll check and get back to you.

Isn't the fuel filter bracket the same for both AC and non-AC engines? Pretty sure I used the one from my non-AC engine after I added AC.

It very well could be Chuck . I have a 425 here from another car but not sure if its a Rivera or what and it has A/C and the fuel filter bracket is mounted down below .
So yes if it is off a Skylark GS it could be the same with or without A/C .

Sounds like the filter bracket you have on the 425 is the '66 style which is bolted to the timing cover.  The one for '65 is mounted as you said at the thermostat housing bolts and is the same for both AC and non-AC cars.

Ok, I found an extra fuel filter bracket and alternator adjusting bracket. I should have the battery tray bracket, just haven't located it yet. I have a couple more places to look for that piece.
If Chuck or Tony aren't able to help, let me know.
On another note, I have a secondary [front] carburetor for a '65 2X4. It's been restored and ready to bolt on. It needs a new home. lol
