Title: Best transport service?
Post by: kcombs on May 14, 2024, 05:59:14 PM
I loaned my daughter, in Bozeman MT, my 2008 Chevy Colorado a year ago when her car was totaled. They have just bought a new CRV, so I need to get “Little Red” back to Lakeport, CA. Any suggestions on where to find a good transport? Does not need an enclosed carrier. BTW, my dad gave it to me in 2015 with 14,000 miles on it, it now has a little less than 80,000 miles. Dad gave it to me when he stopped driving at 93 years of age. He bought it new.

I always use Christina at Uberhaul. She is a broker and will deal with the haulers and get you the best price. (480) 580-7368.

How about a road trip? Fly up to see your daughter, then drive the truck back.....

Thanks for the replies.
I thought about a road trip, but my skinny butt hurts after an hour or two of sitting in an airplane or car seat. I even use a cushion I bring along when traveling. We flew to Bozeman last week and it wasn’t fun. This seems to be a problem that most don’t have. And the good news is, my daughter and son-in-law are coming to CA in a week or so and will be driving Little Red here.
