The guy who bought my saddle mist project car has it in the shop for restoration and they found this hand written build sheet under the seat. Anyone ever see one of these before? Car is a 66 GS hardtop. California only?

Jim, I found two of those in my Fremont 65. One under the carpet, one in the passenger bucket seat springs.
My 66 Impala Southgate car also had one. Under the carpet.
