Title: 1965 Gran Sport 4 speed - $8k

 Original 401-Factory 4 Speed car with the consolette.
Red Exterior/Black Interior. Original Buick Rally Wheels.
Only 2 owners; the last owner owned from 1979.
Has the Buick Aluminum Finned Valve Covers and also comes with
the optional dual quad manifold and dual snorkel chrome air cleaner.
Currently has the single 4 BBL Carter carb.
Has been sitting for a few years and will need a total restoration.
Car is located in Belen New Mexico.

Man thats really tempting .  Usually those New mexico cars are pretty clean underneath .
The Problem is for me is MY PLATE IS REALLY FULL .
Already have 11 project cars !

Tempting indeed! I’d like to think I’m exercising some degree of self discipline and restraint. But it does look like a sweetheart project.

  Ok,  to make matters worse I found another Red GS on Craigslist. it's in Houston TX for $ 18,000  It looks OK, but it does need some help. take a look.

Thanks Tony. All of this temptation will be challenge for us.

Here's a rant....what's up with no pictures of the engine bay in either of these cars? I don't get it  :dontknow:

   We have seen it all, dirty greasy motors, aftermarket flex hoses, engines painted blue, batteries tied down with household electrical wire, fanbelts two sizes to small, wires twisted together with no tape or connectors. The list goes on and on... The people who are selling these Gran Sports are not really into Buicks like we are, otherwise we would get those under the hood photos. Both sellers don't seem to be the real owners. That's my take on it.
