Title: Glass Washer Fluid Bottle Decal

Hi all,
I have to replace my original triangular bottle since I dropped it on the garage floor.  Ugh!!!
Anyway, what is the correct decal for the 65 Skylark?  OPGI has 2; one is GM Optikleen and the other is Buick KleerView.  My bottle didn't have the decal.  Date code on the bottom was 1961
