Questions:
(1) doesnt look like there is a date code. Did 3922S carbs even have a date code? In looking at other examples online, I didn't see any with a date code (such as "A5" etc.) https://www.v8buick.com/index.php?threads/1965-gran-sport-4-speed-afb.265040/#post-2178897 (https://www.v8buick.com/index.php?threads/1965-gran-sport-4-speed-afb.265040/#post-2178897)
(2) Is the throttle linkage incorrect?
(3) Who would be the best to rebuild any Buick-specific carb? (3921, 3922, 3926, etc.)

Date code looked to be m4 December of 64! Yes most everyone I have seen have date codes! There might have been a few replacement ones slip by without!? Throttle bracket doesn’t look quite right!? No studs!
