Dear mid-60s Buick parts hounds,
My usual eBay window shopping turned up something I at least didn't know existed - 1964 1965 1966 Buick Special Skylark NOS Parking Brake Warning Light Package:

Even if you knew such an OEM aftermarket product existed for our Buicks, I suspect it will still bring a smile to your face to see one still in existence on eBay.

A warning light for the parking brake being engaged is common on more modern cars. I'm always surprised to find how ideas like this already existed as far back as 1965.
I sold one recently for $50.
The fellow on eBay want more than twice that. It will be interesting to see if he get it!

I was taught to always set the parking brake so tight that the vehicle can’t move even in gear, but not all do that including my daughter. She was driving my 1972 F-250 one day and complained of an odd smell when she arrived at home. Yep, she partially set the brake and didn’t release it when she got back into drive home. That cost me a few bucks. So I guess the warning lights are a good idea. But $100.00?

I sold to a member here for a value price. They are adding several Buick Authorized Accessories to their car!

The same guy has MANY other parts for sale also.
I think most should at least check them out, although kinda costly.
