Glenn Vinz, (Vinnie) our good friend and fellow 65GS buddy passed away on January 22 at home with his family. Angie and I had the opportunity to visit with Glenn on the 20th, he was in good spirits.
Glenn fought a battle with cancer over the last four years, yet still actively participated in several national Buick shows. He was also very active in car shows throughout Ohio, Indiana, and Michigan.
I meet Glenn eight years ago, we've worked on cars together, traveled to shows, swapped Buick parts and shared family events together.
Glenn has been a dear and trusted friend and my life is better for having known him.

That was sad news for sure.

Glenn will definitely be missed by those that got to know him. Spending time together at Buick meets and talking on the phone occasionally, he was a knowledgeable joy to be around. I humbly respected the way he handled the cancer and was amazed at his staying power till the end.
RIP Glenn...I'm sure there are Buicks in Heaven!!
Sadly,
Chuck

Thanks for all the 65GS knowledge, car shows, get togethers and BCA Nationals we had a chance to share together. You made a big difference.

I met Glenn in 2015 at the BPG meet in Norwalk, Ohio. We both had our 65?s there for the 50th anniversary of the Gran Sport. We became friends and met regularly after that at the GS Nats. I appreciated his friendship and will miss him being a part of the GS family. Rest easy Glenn. Prayers up for your family.

Our thoughts and prayers go out to Glenn?s family. He was a very nice guy and even met up with me at my garage with Kevin and Chuck when I started my Buick project. We spoke several times here and there and he was always full of knowledge and good conversation. There are a lot of good people in the Buick community and elsewhere that will miss him,Dan
