Title: Dash Speaker size

Hello everyone and happy new year.
Does anyone know the size of the speaker in the dash? Mine is missing. 65 sport coupe.

It is either a 5 or 6 inch round one. I have a good use one with the wiring, if you need one. Came out of my 65. I put a re-coned one in and iet is not much better.

Yes it is.  For some reason, Custom Autosound has the speaker size for our cars as 4"x10" and I ended up having to resize one of their conversions back in the 1990s!  It wasn't pretty!  :BangHead:  Here are some pictures of Biquette's original speaker with some rulers to show the dimensions.  Here is the view of the back:

Thank you everyone for all the information. I found a brand new 6 inch low profile speaker that should fit. Have to wait until spring.

Hi ,not original but I used 5.25 Rockford fossgate p152 speakers on our custom  auto sound  radio  they sound pretty nice.jim

Package  tray has the cutout for a rear speaker r so put one front one back old school.jim
