Not Mine
Here is an eBay listing for NOS antenna mast.
https://www.ebay.com/itm/265657269644?hash=item3dda683d8c:g:TlUAAOSwjcZiXenS (https://www.ebay.com/itm/265657269644?hash=item3dda683d8c:g:TlUAAOSwjcZiXenS)
Looks like they are all gone. Hope someone here was able to pick one up.

Looks like one sold, three left.

I don't even like radios, but I bought one just in case I have to deal with a hole in a fender from a previous antenna. :overthetop:

Now it says 3 sold, 2 left!

Hi Loren,
Just out of curiosity, did the original Buick antennas only have 2 sections? I was thinking the Olds had 3 sections but it will fit our cars. Wonder why the difference? I believe the 2 section antennas are really hard to find. Not important, just curious.
Thanks,
Don

This appears to be the same NOS part that I found for the Verde Howitzer. Three sections and I believe to be original. The antenna on the Shuman car also has three sections, although it has indented ribs around the ends of the tubes at the top. Could be old aftermarket or perhaps a design from a different year?
:cheers2:

Hi Don,
Yes the originals had three sections. There were some variances though like what Chuck has pictured and also size of the ball on the tip.

I have two of the three variations nos! One is the big ball other is small ball and then small ball with the grooves in the mast sections! I think I had put pictures up with the Fusick repo in another post!? But can’t find it !

Hi, doesn't the antenna screw into the base .jim

Not for '64 and '65. The mast pushes down into the base. With the '66 model year, the antenna mast screwed into the base.
I snagged this picture off eBay. The parts in the picture are the antenna base with the lead and the bottom of a mast. The mast is incomplete. There is a piece missing here, other than the complete mast and that is a rectangular metal piece that goes against the cowl under the nut.
Maybe this will help you visualize how the pieces fit together.

That's cool information, gentlemen. I'll have to dig out the NOS antenna I bought for the blue 3 speed. It has the same part number but not sure what ball size. The original was broken at the base as were many.
