We have one in one of the 66 GS cars. Works great, only upgrade I did was a B & M shift improver kit so it chirps the tires when shifting to second manually under heavy acceleration. Finned aluminum pan will aid cooling.

Oregon Performance Transmission, Cars, and Fatsco are good sources I would check current reviews ! As far as tech and questions I had the easiest time with Fatsco! Got parts for both st300 and th400 from these vendors! If you have a trans shop in town usually they can recommend vendors also! I would also post this ? On V8Buick site also!
