Title: Inside Rear View Mirror

It is time to replace mine. Silver coating is starting to de-laminate. What is the correct size of the OE Day/Night mirror? Color of the plastic/rubber trim? Lever or Twist Knob operator? Thanks in advance.

The OE day/night mirror is 8" long, No plastic/rubber trim, all stainless.  Black colored twist knob on the bottom center.

I took a few apart and had a couple of the mirrors resilvered, but trying to get it back together was too much of a challenge and wouldn't look right, in my opinion.  The only correct reproductions available are manual with no day/night feature.

I like to use the mirror used in full size models such as the Impala. It wider at 10" and gives a better view out the back window. The styling and appearance are the same, only the width is different. This is for my 66's..... is '65 the same?
