Dear mid-60s Buick parts hounds,
There is a horn bar for everything from the 1964-65 Deluxe Special to the GS for $50. Here is the link:

It isn't being described as new old replacement stock, but it comes in a box meaning it at least ended up being paired with a replacement part box. The chrome isn't spectacular, but it is very decent. With a little loving polishing it might be as good as can be easily gotten these days.
