Title: Center Console ring ?

Thus cane with a parts lot I bought. I've never had a 65 with a console. But I'm assuming this is a ring to hold on the medallion.

One tab is broke off.

I was hoping this was for the 4 speed console, but can’t qualify it. Is it fair to ask the forum? I can’t use it if not.
