Would any of you Expert Buick Folks have a recommendation for a Parts Company that sells a quality Column Mounted Directional Signal Switch (Guide Type) for a 1965 Buick Skylark Gran Sport.
thanks, Richard

Why not replace the stock switch!? Both types are available reproduction! Add on one's are available from Hot Rod suppliers and street rod/ rat rod vendors! There should be reviews and some you tube videos!

gssizzler,
Thanks, my intent is to replace the stock switch, was wondering who makes a quality replacement

American Auto wire seems to be a good ! Use to be able to get ac delco ones which were very good!
Nos are nice but they usually are getting brittle as they are very old! I miss read your first :BangHead: :BangHead:post!

gssizzler, Thanks, I thought about a NOS, however hard to find and very costly, I didn't think about the brittle issue. Appreciate the recommendation. I got one from YearOne, and is poorly made and a bad fit.

Try Lectric Limited.

DSAGS, Thanks, I'll give that Company a call also.

I ordered a replacement from o.p.g.I. They had both styles, mine was made by m&h wiring , seems to be good quality , have used several of their harnesses

grants6, thanks, I have got some parts from OPGI that were also good. Looks like i now have some quality options for a signal switch. I assumed that YearOne was good; probably was made in China!
