Not even any good pictures for the money. No engine shot, no emblems. Bench seat column shift A/C car.

That is not a GS--that is a regular Skylark. Has all the regular skylark trim on it, plus the GS wasn't available with column shift and bench seat in 65. Someone could have swapped in a GS drivetrain--that is the only way the car pictured could have the 400 engine in it.

What do you bet it acutally has a 300 in it and the owner either listed it wrong or doesn't really know that actual engine size.
Looks like 100% Skylark to me. :glasses9:
This car actually looks good from the pictures... but not $10k good. :confused3:

That's what I thought. Also why I noted the lack of key pictures.
I'm no expert, but even without the missing views I didn't think it added up.

I couldn't help my self. I sent the guy with the car an email and asked for pictures.
There is rust through in the quarters, by the back window, and along the whole front of the hood.
There is a rusty dent along side the right rear tail light, and the chrome back there is pitted along with the bumper chrome.
The distributor is in the front and it's a two barrel also.
Maybe..... $1500 car? Could be a driver for a year or two Depending on what else was found.

10K????????????
That looks to be a project car in my opinion. All Skylark 100%.
I need to find the same guy this person is looking for. With a pocket full of cash to empty my garage!!!
