Dear mid-60s Buick caregivers,
I don't think anyone on this forum would be jumping at an item like this but there is a Vintage swamp (evaporative) cooler that mounts in the window of a car on eBay:

Here is a picture of the cooler installed on a vintage car from the ad:

It is the cylinder mounted on the rear window behind the door on the passenger side.
If you have never seen one of these things they are really funky, but in a dry region, they are presumably such as effective as the swamp coolers used to cool structures.

Hi,
Neat find, a friend of mine has one on his 39 Chevy truck, funny thing a few years ago we parked next to one another at Back to the Bricks show and looked at it and found a really old mouse, good thing he only puts it up for showing the truck.
