Picked up a 65 GS..been working on it for a few months and finally got it done...
SOOO numbers matching its weird..everything..carb alt, everything..
real 4 speed car...and i just realized its a small badge car too...someone put a GTO shifter in it...runs and drives, but is so rusty, unfortunately its a parts car..the frame is rusted into in 6 spots, the floors are gone all the way to the the trunk pan..had an 80s resto..so its just falling apart...shame
cool car...too bad though...

Im going to torture it for a bit and eventually part it..i have a really decent 65 GS that has had a lot of new stuff on it, so, as of right now, my good car will get the 4 speed stuff....a person cant even begin to comprehend how rusty it is..its one big flakey mess on the bottom, and the body is poping thru all over...such a shame, but...whatta ya gonna do? there nothing left to weld good metal too, lol
