Dear 65GS.com community,
Humor can be the best medicine, but only when it is taken as intended. A written medium doesn't provide for body language, so I've learned over the years that it is really important to telegraph when I'm making a joke. This is the system I've settled on. A joke starts with a wink emoticon. Here is the one I use most often:

The text of the joke is in a different font. I prefer to use Comic Sans MS since it looks like the text you'll find in comics.

Finally, to mark the end of the joke, I like to use some sort of Laugh Out Loud (LOL) emoticon. This is the one I prefer because it is "laughing" in multiple ways.

I hope everyone can see these markers and recognize, that good or otherwise, I only trying to be humorous. Can everyone see these markers? If not perhaps I could try to come up with something else.
Cheers, Edouard
