Title: Wiper hose hold down clips

I need help again. looking for the 3 hold down clips that keep the wiper bottle hose and horn wires fastened to the top of wheel well. The holes are rectangular.

Follow up:
Called Fusick today part#WHF05 at $6.50 each. Ordered 3 of them and they will ship USPS first class mail. Since they are small the regular $13.00 shipping fee does not apply. He said around $5.00. If you need a small part call them so the shipping cost can be determined.
