Title: 14 inch Deluxe Arm Rest Bases

I need at least one, and would prefer two of the 14" deluxe arm rest bases (see photos).  I have replacement pads, but both bases are cracked, one completely in two

Otherwise, any hints on how to repair these?  Fiberglass matting and epoxy on the back side?
