This started as a running/driving car needing a lot of work. I tore it all apart and I guess I got in too deep, at least to get it done the right way.
Asking $2800, or best offer. The shipping will be up to the buyer, not sure how to handle all that.
I will post as many pics as possible, in the event someone would actually be interested in buying it.
New floor pans and new trunk pan installed.
Clear Title. VIN # 434675K108590
Body is currently off the frame, it will be dropped back down onto the frame for shipment. Planning on getting a bushing kit and bolts. It will be a bit of a chore getting the motor back in; the engine has been partially torn down. Crank, pistons, and heads are still installed.
The front part of the convertible top was not salvaged.
I have just about everything for this car, less the windshield and front seat. It had a bench front seat when I got it.
Feel free to ask any questions.

Is there an easier way to post pics?

Dear George and mid-60s Buick owners who find high-tech less than top-notch,
Is there an easier way to post pics?
If you aren't using this resizing program, you might try the program that Loren describes on the two threads you'll find in this location:
http://65gs.com/board/index.php/board,31.0.html (http://65gs.com/board/index.php/board,31.0.html)
Once you have reduced the size of the images, all you can do is add as many at you are allowed for a given post and then add another post with additional pictures. There are outside services that are simpler, but I don't think you want the hassle of starting a new online service just for these photos.
Best of luck with this,
Cheer, Edouard

You guys think I could do pretty good just parting out the car?
-
Gonna be difficult to make much parting it out. What is preventing you from sticking with it and getting it back to a running state? May take longer than initially expected, but would be best if you could follow it thru to where it is at least running/driving before you try to sell it.

It's really just a matter of money; need to concentrate on having enough for retirement.

If you have the space to hang onto it and work on it a little at a time when you have a little extra $, then you will have it to drive and enjoy when you retire! What engine is in the car--is it a 300V8 or a 225V6. If you were on the East Coast, I would gladly help you put the engine together--I have built several 300 engines over the years and they are farily simple to work on.

It's a 300V8.
