Title: Day Nite Rear View Mirror

My car has the fixed inside rear view mirror and I would like to upgrade to a Day/Nite mirror.  I have looked and found several places carry this 10 1/2 inch mirror.  What I don't know, however, is if they are all the same and if any are preferable to others.  Generally Year One seems to carry good stuff. It is also available from CARS and OPGI.

Any recommendations?  Cost varies little between the suppliers, so I am willing to spend a little more to be assured I get a good quality part.  One of the reviews on the OPGI part said it was not very good.

I prefer a wider rear view mirror from a B body.... Impala, Wildcat, Grand Prix, etc. Same style but it gives a full view out the rear window, instead of just 90% of it.

Ames Pontiac generally offers better reproduction parts than OPGI, etc. Lots of Chev suppliers out there as well.

The original mirrors for the A body was 8”. Personally like the original size (sorry Walt).
