Title: Clips for emblems with spade tips
Post by: BuickGS65 on November 09, 2017, 12:02:36 PM: Is there a source for emblems that have a "spade" tip (instead of a tip that utilizes a speed nut)?
I'm referring to emblems that have a mounting tip that look like a flat blade screwdriver.

Cars, Inc. part # MC2 ????

Correct. Various applications including: “Gran Sport” trunk lid emblem, “Skylark” trunk lid, “Skylark” sail panel, and I think also the “Skylark” emblem on the glovebox door (?)

UPDATE: glovebox door emblem does not use any clips

The spade emblem clips ARE reproduced and available at Clark's Corvair www.corvair.com (http://www.corvair.com)

Reproduction of Group 12.182 & 12.812

Clark's Corvair #C721

These fit: Skylark sail panel emblems (4 each), Skylark trunk emblems (3 each) and Gran Sport trunk emblems (3 each)
