Dear mid-60s Buick owners who enjoy photographs of their cars against pleasant scenery,
Well it is official that we have crossed into Autumn. For many of you that means you only have a limited amount of time to drive around your classic Buicks before they must hibernate for the winter. As the trees start to turn, it is a good time to get out your camera (or smart-phone) and snap up some pretty pictures of your car in autumn. Alas, I don't be doing that for a while, but I can share some photos I took back in 2013:

Here is my wagon with some yellow accompaniment:

Finally one more photo taken on an overcast day:

First day of fall here and it's over 90 degrees!?!

We saw 97 this evening in Michigan. I think we got August and September mixed up! :angry5:

Dear Jim, Chuck, and mid-60s Buick owners who keep an eye on the weather,
Wow! Sounds a bit toasty in your neck of the woods . . . . (http://www.canebas.org/WeatherCat/Forum_support_documents/Custom_emoticons/sweaty.gif)
Today was a cool 69? in the San Francisco East Bay, but it won't last. By Tuesday we are also expected to be in the 90s and the latest 2-week forecast from the National Weather Service's Climate Prediction Center (http://www.cpc.ncep.noaa.gov/) is for above normal temperatures through day 14. Alas, that is relatively normal for California at the start of Autumn. Even in the North we have an equivalent to the famous Santa Ana winds of the Southland.
I take it that it is unusually warm for both of your locations?
Oh well, . . . . . grin and bear it!

Today was a great fall day here in NYC, the weather report said in the high 80s with low humidity so instead of working on the GS I took my three Boys Fishing !! did not catch much" but a bad day fishing is still better than a good day at work" ! even if its working on the Buick's..
