Title: BCA Brookfield tour questions

Because this will be my first event like this I was wondering if anyone could inform me on how the tours at the Harley , miller brewery and EAA aviation tour work .
I will be driving out Tuesday and the first tour I signed up for is Wednesday morning .   So my question is , do they have instructions or information somewhere explaining where to meet for these tours ?

John,

If my memory is any good, pick up your registration packet when you arrive and that information should be in the packet.

So I should try and get there earlier the better ?   Not knowing how long its open or where the registration booth is ?

The tours I have seen go on chartered buses from the parking lot of the host hotel. Here's a link to the meet info http://www.buickclub.org/2017-bca-national-meet/. (http://www.buickclub.org/2017-bca-national-meet/.)  Registration opens at 8 am and the Harley tour leaves at 8:30.
