Title: Reprint of 1950-65 GM parts interchange manual - useful?

Dear mid-60s Buick parts hounds,

While cruising the eBay parts listing I came across a reprint of a 1950-1965 GM Parts Interchange Manual:

http://www.ebay.com/itm/1950-1965-Parts-Interchange-Manual-Book-Chevy-Pontiac-Oldsmobile-Cadillac-Buick-/222452460045?hash=item33cb332a0d:g:GfUAAOSw9GhYYw3M&vxp=mtr (http://www.ebay.com/itm/1950-1965-Parts-Interchange-Manual-Book-Chevy-Pontiac-Oldsmobile-Cadillac-Buick-/222452460045?hash=item33cb332a0d:g:GfUAAOSw9GhYYw3M&vxp=mtr)

It isn't particularly expensive at $25.87 and since it is a reprint I assume it will get reprinted periodically.  However, I don't know if the years covered is all that useful.  The 1960s was a decade of transition and my guess would be that parts from the later 1960s would be more likely to interchange with our mid-60s Buicks than parts from the 1950s.

What is your take on this book?  Any opinions?

A curious mind would like to know!

Cheers, Edouard
