These are awesome! Even the engine builder asked where these came from!?These are for the 401 motor pictured !Thanks Tom! :headbang:

Cool what does that put compression at ?
-
Those really look great! That's what I'll be doing come rebuild time.
-
Very nice , I hope to be ordering a set of those in the next couple months .
Thats a good motivator for me to get going on the engine again .

Your VERY WELCOME Larry. I was going to give you a call to tell you they were on the way to you, but figured I would let it be a surprise.
Ever get my answer about the balance-r???

Dear Tom, Jon, and mid-60s Buick engine technicians,
Compression should be at 10.25 to 1
I suppose this is an engine intended for running on premium (and stuff better than what we can get in California!) Do you know by chance what the dynamic compression ratio will be with the selected cam?
Cheers, Edouard

I'm curious what cam he'll be using as well!
Those pistons are made to order, so compression ratio is whatever you specify.
-
Are these pistons available with full floating pins ?
-
YES
-
Thanks Tom .
I,ll remember that when it comes time to order them .
