Title: frame to engine mount cast pad ?

Just wondering  weather the bolts that hold the cast mount to the frame are suppose to have a washer ( lock or flat or none ) on them . 
 Not sure if mine were correct or missing as the frame pads had been replaced .
If I remember right some of the other cars ( not Buicks ) I have done had a small thick flat washer on the bolt .   :dontknow:

 I've got a frame with those still in place.  I'll try to get a look at it for you.

I would think there would have been at least 2 washers over the 2 slotted holes .

Here are a couple of pictures for you.  I am reasonably certain that these have never been removed till today.
There is a split lock washer under the bolt head, no flat washer.  I tried to capture the markings on the bolt head. The marks are "R", "B", "M".
