I have no 401 but I have most of the parts bellhousing, manifolds, aircleaner oil pan carb, motor mounts 2 sets. want a little input on wether I should keep in storage for next landlord or sell the stuff? not going to alter body any only bolt on stuff. Thanks In advance.-Glenn

I'm always short on space so I started selling anything I don't think I'll ever use to help fund things I do need. My advice is to sell, it also can help out others who need the parts. Good luck!

Glenn, maybe I can stop and see your car sometime, I just realized you're close to Eau Claire. I'm there right now for work and get over here quite a bit.

Dear Glenn, Jim, and mid-60s Buick caregivers of all sorts,

I have been very busy the last few years family stuff. Getting back to my car and I know Stock is great but I am thinking on going with the later 455.

My sympathies on your predicament.  Family burdens have also been heavy for me.  Best of luck in your GS project.  I know there is something about the nailhead, but my trusty wagon has a 430 stoked out to 445.  I can attest that there is something about those later Buick engines!

Best of luck in getting your Buick to where you want it!

Cheers, Edouard  :occasion14:
