Title: 66 Decals How many?

Looking for info for decals and their placement on my 66 GS. I have a trunk and glovebox one. Is there one inside each of the doors? Any under the hood?

None in the door jambs.
Underhood, only on the air cleaner.... the aluminum disc with 'Wildcat 445' and one on the front.
None of the half dozen 66's I've had had a decal on the radiator cover.
