Title: 65 skylark Parts car in new york area on e bay
Post by: 35chevcoupe on November 14, 2016, 11:15:04 AM
I tried to post the add but can't seem to get it on here .
Its under ( salvage parts cars ) then type 65 buick skylark . Its a white car  . If it wasn't so far to go for me I,d buy it .
Looks like a chevelle 12 bolt rear end , has bucket seats,  looks like wheel well trim , tail lights , says theres a center console . looks like theres enough small parts and misc. trim to make it worth it .
I,ll keep trying to post the add .http://www.ebay.com/itm/1965-BUICK-SKYLARK-BUCKETS-12-BOLT-NICE-FRAME-ROLLER-ROLLING-PROJECT-CONSOLE-65-/232129642186?hash=item360c013eca:g:9tYAAOSw0fhXmMhe&vxp=mtr (http://www.ebay.com/itm/1965-BUICK-SKYLARK-BUCKETS-12-BOLT-NICE-FRAME-ROLLER-ROLLING-PROJECT-CONSOLE-65-/232129642186?hash=item360c013eca:g:9tYAAOSw0fhXmMhe&vxp=mtr)

Loren ,   my success came from the help of my daughter . LOL  :icon_biggrin:
Yeah I see there is no wheel well trim on the front now .  But depending on the year and if that rear end is posi or not it could be worth over half of what he wants for the car .  Not sure but bucket seat cores should be worth a few hundred .
I wish the photo of the tail lights was better so I could see how bad they are pitted .

John,

Unfortunately , on top of that $2500 there is the cost to transport it.

How many sets of bucket seat cores do you want?  Got more than one.  lol  Also have some tail light sets that are decent for plating.

Mark ,
Yeah I,m starting look , mine aren't cracked or broken anywhere but have a lot of pitting . So i,d like to compare whats out there to mine to see if I should get a different set or bite the bullet and send mine in .

Hi Loren & John,     I looked at a map & that Buick is up north of Binghamton NY, that's a 3+ hour drive from here in NYC. Too far for me to go look at it. that area is covered by the Finger lakes Chapter BCA. Good luck to the person that gets it.. It wont be me....    Tony
