In the September issue of the Buick Bugle there is a 65 GS post 3 speed car listed for sale. California car, no rust. has been sitting for 5 years. Asking $3,500.00. One of you West Coast guys needs to grab this one. The car is in Yorba Linda. Phone #714-701-0771.

Not positive but I think its already sold . It was a super deal , factory 3 speed car to .

There were only 405 of these built also!

I would rather see it restored, but a guy could make a killing parting out that car. Transmission, carburetor (3922), rust free body, etc etc.

SOLD.
Understand that Pete Phillips, the Bugle editor, bought it.

That was a good deal.

I wonder if it would be worth while to give Pete a call for anyone truly interested in this car.
He could be approachable if you indicated your part of the 65 GS division of the BCA.
It would be interesting to find out what his plans are for the car.

Maybe he could post some pictures too!

That was a steal. I hope Pete joins the site, and hopefully doesn't just flip the car.
Anyone know the colors?

I contacted The seller on Monday. It was already sold. In our conversation, I found out that the new owner is Pete Phillips.
I've already contacted Pete about the registry and forum. I think he may be joining in.
It does appear to be a really good start, in that it is rust free and complete. It does need a complete restoration.
Color is the light blue with a blue interior, if I recall correctly.

Pete is a super Buick dude. He is the guy responsible for me finding my first 4-speed Wildcat through the he leads section of the Bugle. Not a flipper. He is especially fond of 3 pedal Buicks, has a 63 Wildcat convertible and a 70 Wildcat three on the tree.
