Title: shorty oil filter

Does any one have the part number for a short oil filter for a 401 with headers or has anyone used one successfully ?

I think the NAPA #is 1522. I'll look under the car and give you the K&N number if you would like.

AC Delco PF 24 is the short one, about 4" tall.
Wix 51049, or Napa gold 1049 should be the same.

Great thanks for the help. I just got off the phone with Tom Telesco about his starters and that is gonna make my life easier in the future so from now on changing filters and starters is going to be a helluvalot easier. Thanks again Walt
