Doesn't say if it's a Skylark or a Riviera GS!

Good point Walt. I missed it! :sleepy2:

It's listed as "Full Size" so I'm voting Riv.

Its a Skylark GS. Black with red interior. 1965 Buick grand sport have had car for four years runs great numbers match haven't had time to put the TLC into a car that the car needs. The car is 50 years old runs great inspected September 2015 bodies solid just needs headliner and seats reupholstered if interested please call Darlene (716) 553-0872 Asking $15,000.

Missing a few parts there.
No drip rail trim , rocker moldings and the top trim. Then it looks to at least need seat covers, head liner, carpet and a dash pad inside.

Yeah, its a bit of a project. If the black exterior with red interior is original that's a rare combination. I only texted the seller asking if it was a Skylark or a Riviera. They responded with the pictures.

in my opinion that's nowhere close to a $15000 car.

Values are hard to determine, especially without a personal inspection. If something is overpriced, market will determine. On the other side of the coin, if an item gets snapped up quickly, either it is a good value or a great deal.
One can always reduce an asking price if high, it's hard to go up if the asking price is too low.
Got to start somewhere.
Just my thoughts,

Agreed. The market determines the price. But 15K; wow! I thought I was on the high side at hoping to get 16K for mine build sheet, Protect-0- Plate and all. Somebody needs to put eyes on this car it might be a really good deal. The Craigslist ad doesn't do it justice. We didn't even know if it was a Skylark or a Riv.

Good on ya, Dan. I texted her and got no response. Seems like a lot of oddities in the car. Hard to tell from the pictures, but it appears both the kick panels and sun visors are a very light color, almost white. Never seen that before, even with white interior (except the visors, of course).
Good sleuthing!

you make good points, I was looking at faded door panel carpet, condition of interior and missing items on the exterior as well. this car would bring more on the East side of the country than here on the western half if it's a rust free car
