I had a 69 Sportwagon400 for 25 yrs as well I have a 67 Sportwagon now as a parts car my 69 Sporty had various motors in it but the most fun was a 70 build Stage 1 that would turn 12.70 at 104 heheh shocked lots of other when they got smoked by " grandpas car "
that car was getting very long in the tooth so I had to let her go but with ion a month I missed it and found my 65 in Frisco and had to own it. I was thinking big block but I already had 3 big block buicks and went with the 350 SBB for better highway mileage it has gotten a best of 36 MPG if driven right hahaha and that's at 75 mph I added the cruise such an easy thing to do I add it to most of my cars all stock GM stuff

Love the mid engine Corsa, definitely cool. I'm sure you know though , those Corvairs are dangerous. LOL

Welcome aboard Ken. You might not remember this, but we once spoke on the phone maybe 10-12 years ago when I used to get out to Calgary quite frequently driving my big rig. I would often visit family in the south east.
You could have made me an offer on the Bamboo Cream 65 GS which Dan bought from me this past spring....4 speed, 2x4 AC, PW, P seat. :icon_biggrin: :hello:

I'm on the email list of Griot's Garage and this morning's ad had "just the thing" to "cure you" of your "problem" . . . . :icon_biggrin:

Honestly, i have no idea if the detailing products from Griot's Garage are better than their competition, but you have to give them credit, these guys have a real "car guy" attitude! :laughing7:
