The Parts Place  https://thepartsplaceinc.com/buick-skylark-gs-regal-gn-parts.aspx?modelName=Buick+Skylark%2fGS%2fRegal%2fGN&modelID=7&year=1969 sells a hub part ST2787S.

Its the 'solid' one that is slightly larger than the turn signal housing. Has enough metal to be turned down on a lathe to the same diameter as the turn signal housing.

Found some on eBay.

The 67-68 is 3-13/16" dia at the column, the 69-75 is 4-3/16"
......Note the mounting surface is flat on these. Some Buick steering wheels have a 2 piece center with one spoke overlapping the other two, requiring a notch in the hub so the wheel sits flat.

Ground Up has a 64-66 version, $69.95, and a 67-68 version $42.95

They are the exact same picture so I don't know what the difference is.

I've bought the rally wheels from junkyard 1980's models such as Skyhawks. I think I used that hub too. It's also the larger OD one but the mismatch isn't real noticeable.

What I have found for Buick Skylark GS is that the 69 and up hub does not turn down well it leaves a large gap between the hub and column. The best I have found for a 65/6 Skylark GS, if you want a later model Buick 3 spoke wheel is to use a 68 hub. Used on 68 Buick and Olds. It is slightly larger, but will turn down and not leave a gap and the wheel will fit. The 68 hub will work on 67 without any modifications.
