Which type is correct for a '65--the first type as reproduced here, or the second type that has a formed sheet metal piece instead of the block for the bolt to slide in? The setup on my '65 has the 2nd type on it.

Jon,
Very nicely done. I knew you planned to reproduce them, but hadn't seen where you were marketing them. Glad that you listed them here on the website. Very well done.
Brian,
Here's a bulletin from March 12, 1965. I'd think that either style would be correct for our '65s.

Thanks John !
I thought I remembered something about there being a bulletin.
Good work .

John ,thanks for posting the bulletin, I could not get it to come up ! to answer Brain's question both linkages are correct! the first type was used on the 64-65 set-ups, the second was used as a replacement in 65 and used for the 66 setups! Jon

Still have a few of these!

Hi Jon,
I would like to purchase your dq linkage. How would you like to be paid?

Let me see if I have one left! The first sets of this I made over 22 years ago! Man where does time go!
-
I have 2 left! So I do have 1 for you wheelspin pm sent
-
Any chance you have these measurements? I?m helping @Wheelspin do the installation. Pedal to floor the carbs are half open only. Weber copies of Carters from Edelbrock. I know the fix. Measurements would help pickup some time.
-
So the approximate length is 9 inches back of bolt head to center of rear clip which goes over the ball stud! The length is subject to adjustment and in 65 there were 2 different front carbs that had lever arms that were different in height! A early and later carb so the length would even be different on these!

Thanks for the reply. Install was completed a few days ago. I?ll post a picture on a later day.

Ok so you got her to work then!? Great!
