Title: Old school tach with HEI ignition?

So my GS has an after market HEI ignition system. Question: will one of the original equipment Buick tachs - should I decide to purchase one - be compatible with the HEI?

It will not work with HEI ignition. Redline Gauge Works can convert the internals to work with ALL ignition types. Tach will look 100% factory correct.  They can also re-screen the dial.  PERFECT WORK and highly recommended.  They did 2 tachs for me a couple years ago - indistinguishable from NOS, but with modern internals.
