Dear Les and mid-60s hood ornament droolers . . . (http://www.canebas.org/WeatherCat/Forum_support_documents/Custom_emoticons/drool-smile.gif)

Pardon me for my puzzlement, but it appears you already had a potential buyer on the V-8 Buick thread you have started earlier.  Why did you feel the need to start a new thread here?

It appears that the V-8 Buick queue includes Dan (BuickGS65), schlepcar, and I would like to also put myself in line at position #3 should there be the very unlikely event of two previous potential buyer backing out.

Cheers, Edouard

Do you still have this emblem or has it sold? Do you have any others or know of any? Thanks!

Dear Rowdy and 1965 Buick victims of the hood ornament desert . . . . (http://www.canebas.org/WeatherCat/Forum_support_documents/Custom_emoticons/desert-smiley.gif)

Do you still have this emblem or has it sold? Do you have any others or know of any? Thanks!

These hood ornaments are so rare that inhaling before you try to buy it will probably cost you the opportunity! (http://www.canebas.org/WeatherCat/Forum_support_documents/Custom_emoticons/eek-sign.gif)

Seriously, there does seem to be an increasingly serious need to have a quality reproduction 1965 A-body hood ornament made.  You might want to have a look at this thread:

Soon than later, either a group purchase or convincing a larger parts manufacturer to take this project on is basically a necessity for us 1965 types . . .
