Sure does!
It would be a beauty if it was restored....paint code 'DD'= Astro Blue (light blue metallic) would look super with the blue interior. But I wonder where all the original blue paint went? is that moldy rust on the car? :P

Good point.  I thought it was a gold color originally.  Don't know my paint codes.  And no picture of the engine bay.  I wonder what challenges lurk in there???

Here you go --->  http://65gs.com/Colors/colorstart.htm

This is a new section of the site that's not fully completed yet but this link will help you with the paint codes and it'll give you an idea of what they looked like.

Expensive parts car.I don't see it getting a bid with it starting at 3G's but then I'm know to be a cheap ass.

I agree. If that's a 3k car, then mine is for sale at 10k. Mine runs, drives, has some original paperwork, and looks a hell of a lot better than that one.

The auction ended with no bids.  Not surprising......

It does not even look like a good parts car. I think it is a goner.

My car was alot worse than that one when I started on it.  I wish mine had been in that good a shape!  That car is very restorable (assuming everything is there under the hood and the frame is solid).   That seam along the firewall--mine was so rusty that it was completely detached along there.  Top of the dash was no longer attached to the cowl, and the roof was swiss cheese from the vinyl top.  Ended up cutting the whole roof/cowl/dash assembly off a regular skylark and welding it onto mine--joined it just in front of the front seats, and where the roof meets the quarter panels.

Brian, you did an incredible job on your car!

Here's the eBay car again:
http://cgi.ebay.com/ebaymotors/ws/eBayISAPI.dll?ViewItem&item=280347034996QQssPageNameZMERC_VIC_RCRX_Pr3_PcY_BID_IT&refitem=280345810397&itemcount=3&refwidgetloc=closed_view_item&usedrule1=CrossSell_LogicX&refwidgettype=cross_promot_widget&_trksid=p284.m183&_trkparms=algo%3DCRX%26its%3DS%252BI%26itu%3DUCI%252BSI%26otn%3D3

It's also on Craigslist with a few additional pics:

That's not the original 2 bbl engine.
And the seller says it's the original (gold) paint....but the paint codes say it's blue...like the paint on the underside of the trunk and firewall.  ???
