Title: Trying to assemble a 425
Post by: wildcat65 on May 10, 2009, 06:43:25 PM
I'm building and engine for my '65 Wildcat- a LX block I've had machined a few years ago, all balanced and so forth.  Its been sitting for about say 7 years and Don's Crankshaft is long gone.  I started putting the pistons in today and the rods were on backwards- squirt holes the wrong way!!!!
Not a huge setback, but I was totally in the groove to put this thing together today!  Blah.  I had to watch the new Star Trek movie instead.  At least that was pretty good.
Off to Huck's machine shop to fix these pistons!
