Just mounted my power brake setup from right stuff and it seems to really set up high. This is the 9" booster. I'll try to post pics but I'd like to see pics of other conversions if anyone has any.

That master cylinder is huge. Looks like you are going to disc brakes? I put a dual master on my 65 GS last year and its a lot smaller. I am still using drum brakes.

Correct front disks.

This is one I put on a car a few years back. All the conversion parts came from The Parts place.

Thanks Dan, I guess your setup looks pretty similar. I was just worried that the brackets put it up at to high of an angle and it almost looks like the master could hit the hood, I'll know for sure tonight when I put the hood on.
-
I used the 'Right Stuff' setup too. It did look goofy without the engine in the car, but it fits fine. I'll take another look at it and compare to a stock setup this weekend.

thanks, also for some reason they sent me a master with bleaders on it but I guess this car isnt going original anyway.

Right Stuff her also 11" booster .Watch the rod length to MC.My brakes are on all the time due to rod length
-
Now I see you have a differnt MC, maybe thats because of the differnt booster. As for the rod I see it comes with a shorter rod and an extension.

I ask for that MC and Booster it is the ones i wanted and Dave hooked me up.There are actually 2 different rods in the kit .but the short one was to long

The 'Right Stuff' setup on my '66 is a hair above the fender line, and hood doesn't have any dents in it, so I guess it fits!
I still need to confirm whether the booster is the same angle as the original.
